1. 食と栄養のアフリカ・イニシアチブ（IFNA)の実施ハンドブック作成

​

NAMは2020年からJICAから委託を受け、「食と栄養のアフリカ・イニシアチブ（IFNA）」の実施ハンドブック作成を行いました。このハンドブックは、4つのモジュールから構成され、国家レベルと地方レベルの対象者により今後IFNAのアフリカ展開において活用されるものです。

 

 

2. 学校保健栄養教育のためのマニュアル作成

NAMは、2018年12月からアメリカのNGOであるRise against Hunger (RAH)と共同して、学校保健栄養教育のためのマニュアル作成を行いました。RAHはこれまで飢餓対策や学校給食事業を行ってきましたが、新たに学校保健栄養教育を開始することになり、マニュアル作成をはじめました。NAMはまず学校保健栄養教育に関する文献レビューを行い、過去のエビデンス、ベストプラクティス、教訓を抽出しました。これに基づき、マニュアルは、栄養、水と衛生、マラリア、リプロダクティブヘルス、学校農園、の5つのモジュールから構成されています。
